Refund and Exchange
You can return or exchange purchased items within 14 days of receiving them. The product must be free of traces of installation, operation and mechanical damage. Used tires after installation, as well as those that are unsuitable due to the buyer’s fault, are not accepted for exchange and return.
Referring to the law of Ukraine “on consumer rights protection” and Article 9, the buyer can change the product to the same one within two weeks, subject to availability in stock. If the same product is not available at the time of exchange, the buyer can get their money back, or wait for a new batch to go on sale. During the refund procedure, payments with the buyer are made based on the price of the product on the day of purchase.
